Starting on september 28th and ending on october 1st, the Fly Amateur National Championship occurred at the Hampton track (California).
Well organized, the four days of training and competing were starred by many high level athletes.
Representing Brazil, Thales Vilardi had a break from brazilian competitions and went to the USA for disputing the Fly Amateur National championship with another 37 riders of his main category. With such a great rhythm, he got the 5th place at the Open Pro general category and the 2nd place at the +25 general category.
“Since the first day of race to the last one, on saturday, I evolved a lot and then I was already on the first 5 of the Open Pro. It was a quick, but produtive trip.”, said Thales, that have returned to Brazil and now prepares himself for the Arena Cross championship, that will happen this saturday (07) at Ourinhos (São Paulo).
